HUGE JUMPING UP AND DOWN PRAISES!!!

In my mailbox today, I found an envelope that made me catch my breath when I saw its return address. In that envelope was news that we will be receiving a $2000 adoption grant from Shaohannah's Hope!! PRAISE. THE. LORD!!!

For those who are not familiar with SH, this is the adoption ministry of Christian Music Artist Steven Curtis Chapman and his wife, Mary Beth. They have an amazing ministry and I am humbled to be a part of it.

Here is more information about Shaohannah's Hope

The Lord continues to show His mighty hand and provide for His child that He's chosen for us in His perfect timing ... thanks be to God!

Oh ALRIGHT!!!! That is just fantastic. =) When the Lord tells you to do something, he certainly prepares the way so that you can. =)

Someone gave me a "you make my day" award, and I wanted to pass it on to you because your blog reminds me of how closely God is interwoven in our lives, how he loves for us and cares for us. Whenever I read your blog I'm reminded of his tender mercies towards us and my heart is filled with gratitude.

I haven't posted the link to your blog on mine, because I figured you wanted your blog to remain private. You also don't have to pass that award on to anyone else if you don't wish to. I just wanted to let you know that reading your blog brings me joy. =)

Oh Julie, where's the wonderful post you had on parenting? I saw it a while ago right after I had posted on a similar subject. Did you decide you didn't like it?
