Dossier Day!!!!

We got our Dossier Packet today! This is exciting, BUT ... it will have to be January 1 before we can return it b/c AAI is now requiring the first part of the Country Fee returned with the dossier, rather than waiting until referral as was their prior policy. We won't have that money available to us until we get DH's bonus on Dec 31. PLUS, they've raised the Country fee for 3-6 year olds from $6000 to $7500, so we are now "in the hole" again ... BUT, that's okay too. I'm REALLY not worried. In fact, I actually feel a real peace about having to wait until January 1 b/c we've been praying from the beginning that God would use the timing of the paperwork and our resources to direct us to THE child He has set aside for us, so because of these clearly defined financial boundaries we have, I am CONFIDENT that the timing will be perfect. Anyway ... that's the latest.
